According to the World Health Organization, 200,000 homicides occur among youth 10–29 years of age each year, making it the fourth leading cause of death for people in this age group. Since COVID-19 many of our youth have dropped out of school and college students are returning home to find jobs to help their parents.

Zenobia helps youth and adolescence navigate through life in a healthy way and prepare them for their future by fostering their positive development through prosocial activities that engage them with their community, peers, schools, and family.

Zenobia Jackson takes it one step further, "If it takes a village to raise one child, surely it is going to take our city, state, and government to rise above the injustices of this world. She assists organizational and community leaders on the need to broaden the way they see their responsibilities to include roles as facilitators, supporters, collaborators, and empower citizens and stakeholders by creating opportunities for everyone to work together for the greater good.
