Professional and Leadership Development for Women
It was Peter F. Drucker who said, "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things." In a world where many people think they are doing things right, Zenobia Jackson creates an atmosphere where the newest to the seasoned employer and employee build bridges on how to enhance the productivity of their team where everyone is seen as a significant and vital player. Now that is doing the RIGHT thing.
According to the World Health Organization, 200,000 homicides occur among youth 10–29 years of age each year, making it the fourth leading cause of death for people in this age group. Since COVID-19 many of our youth have dropped out of school and college students are returning home to find jobs to help their parents.
Zenobia helps youth and adolescence navigate through life in a healthy way and prepare them for their future by fostering their positive development through prosocial activities that engage them with their community, peers, schools, and family.
